Don Hernandez

Chief Executive Officer

Don Hernandez has extensive experience in global organizations that provide key technology solutions to help clients achieve productivity and efficiency improvements, reduce costs, manage risks and drive customer engagement through innovation.

A veteran of the learning, skills and human capital industry, Don's experience includes senior leadership roles with D2L, Kenexa (now part of IBM), Plateau Systems (now SuccessFactors, an SAP company) and Sum Total Systems. Enlyte is the fourth company started by him.

Brian Day

Chief Strategy Officer

Brian Day is responsible for the development and execution of strategic plans to grow and expand Enlyte’s addressable global market. He also identifies partnership opportunities to increase the company’s reach and ability to make a difference.

Brian’s background includes global executive roles in the areas of sales, technology and consulting services with Deloitte Consulting, IBM and NetDimensions. He holds degrees in Business Management from the University of Maryland and the University of South Florida.

Ciprian Sorlea

Chief Technology Officer

Ciprian Sorlea is responsible for driving the technology and product development at Enlyte. Ciprian has more than 20 years of experience in taking a product from initial concept to design and then on to a marketable, working solution.

He has led development teams at a wide range of global organizations – from small startup companies to large, global enterprises.

Dr. Krithika Muthukumaran

Principal Scientist

Krithika Muthukumaran is a neuroscientist with a PhD in biochemistry (University of Windsor, Canada). She completed her masters in Molecular Genetics at the University of Leicester (U.K) and undergraduate degree in Microbiology at the University of Madras (India).

She is a mental health advocate and enjoys learning about health care innovations, digital health and patient-centered care. She is currently focused on the use of machine learning and AI to help people suffering from stress, depression, and substance use disorders.

Dr. Roger Strathausen

Principal Strategist

Dr. Roger Strathausen is a global human capital market expert with experience in organizational design, process modeling, corporate universities, talent strategy, coaching, and functional team building. Strathausen previously was an executive at Accenture and an employee at SAP.

He is the author of “Leading When You Are Not the Boss”, and a speaker on the topics of leadership and learning. Strathausen earned his Ph.D. from Stanford University while on Fulbright and Stanford Dissertation Fellowships, and his MA from the University of Tubingen.

Zach Oppenheim

Community Outreach Director, Enlyte

Zach Oppenheim is currently building Enlyte’s Community Outreach program in Seattle, which will be shortly expanding into a global role. Zach is focused on helping harm- reduction support for not-for-profit organizations providing addiction support and community outreach services. Drawing on his broad range of experience, he is currently driving Enlyte's engagement with highly-vulnerable communities that could benefit from their support in non-traditional ways.

Dan Delmar

Consultant, Investor & Entrepreneur

Dan is a senior strategy executive focused on growth. Global leadership experience in business strategy, marketing, new businesses, and acquisitions - he has made major contributions through them. Dan brings insights from a wide range of companies and situations and has a proven track record of delivering results, through team leadership.

Paul Nice

Principal Advisor, Federal Health Programs

Before starting a Veteran Owned consulting practice (Nice Freres, LLC), Paul was a Colonel in the Air Force Medical Service Corps. He spent the last ten years of his Air Force career in joint Service, TRICARE, and DoD/VA coordination leadership positions. Upon retirement, he embarked on a second career in federal healthcare business development. He won major contracts at the Defense Health Agency, National Guard, and Defense Personnel and Readiness. He was also the Deputy Contracting Officer for the Blue Cross/Blue Shield Federal Employee Program.
